1. Scope of Services

I provide parent consulting services for families of children and young adults on the autism spectrum. My services are designed to offer guidance, strategies, and support based on my personal experience as a parent and professional expertise as a certified teacher and educational diagnostician.
 

Important:

  • I am not a medical professional, licensed therapist, or healthcare provider.

  • I do not provide medical advice, therapy, or diagnosis.

  • I do not attend IEP meetings or provide legal representation.

  • All recommendations are intended for educational, behavioral, and home support purposes only.
     

2. Conflict of Interest
Due to my current employment with Fort Bend ISD, I am unable to provide consulting services to parents of children who are currently enrolled in this district. This ensures there is no conflict of interest and protects both families and myself.
 

I am happy to work with families whose children are in other districts, exploring private, charter, or homeschool options, or who are seeking general parent guidance and support.
 

3. Individualized Recommendations

Any written recommendations, strategies, or guidance provided are personalized based on information shared by the parent. While I provide professional insight and practical strategies, outcomes may vary depending on your child’s unique needs and circumstances.
 

4. Limitation of Liability

By engaging my services, you acknowledge that:
 

  • You are responsible for decisions regarding your child’s education, therapy, or care.
     

  • I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
     

  • My services are intended to inform and support parental decision-making, not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
     

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Any written documents provided to parents are intended for the use of the parent or guardian only and should not be shared without permission.
 

6. Booking & Payment

All services must be scheduled and paid in advance. Refund policies are outlined at the time of booking.
 

7. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or participating in any consultation or coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
